Subclass 187

This permanent visa allows Australian employers to nominate highly skilled applicants to work in their business in a regional area of Australia.  The scheme is designed to assist employers who are unable to meet their skilled Australian workforce needs from the local labour market.

There are 3 main stages involved with the RSMS visa for the direct entry stream.  They are as follows.

The skilled position must be assessed for approval by the local Regional Certifying Body (RCB).  Regional certifying bodies are a diverse network of state and territory government agencies, local chambers of commerce, local government councils and regional development bodies.

The business provides evidence that they are actively and lawfully operating in a regional area and there is a genuine need for the nominated person within the business.

The applicant provides evidence that they have the relevant English, skills/qualifications and meet the health and character requirements for the grant of the visa.

I am Joe, from Korea. I applied for my sponsor visa and my wife visa through I-Migration. Even though I wasn’t good at speaking English, all staff members of I-Migration explained everything very kindly and friendly when I went to the office the first time. Also I was in a hurry to apply, so they prepared all my documents to lodge my visa quickly. Now I already have my permanent residency without any problems. I chose I-Migration because they are more professional and more organized than other agencies. So I would like to recommend I-Migration if someone ask for migration agency.
